Pre-Algebra - We began our preparation for the 2nd Semester Final Exam. We spent the period working on a review packet covering Chapters 5 - 7.
Schedule for the remainder of the semester:
- Mon, May 14 - answers questions of review packet covering Ch. 5 - 7
- Tue, May 15 - work on review packet covering Ch. 8 - 9, radicals/Pyth Thm, probability/odds
- Wed, May 16 - answer questions of review packet covering 2nd half of semester
- Thu, May 17 - last day to get help in class; create cheat sheet for final exam
Exam Days:
- Period 1 - Friday, May 18 - 1:50 - 3:30
- Period 2 - Monday, May 21 - 1:50 - 3:30
Geometry - We selected our end of year projects and began working on them.
Project choices include:
- Dart board project - work individually or in pairs ... counts as a target attempt for T210, T211, T212
- Polyhedron project - work in groups of 2 or 3 ... counts as a target attempt for T211, T213, T214
- Structure project - work in groups of 2 or 3 ... counts as a target attempt for T211, T213, T214
All projects are due on THURSDAY, May 17!
