Pre-Algebra - We devoted the entire period to MAP Testing.
HW for WEDNESDAY - Students were given the OPTION to pick up an extra credit worksheet after completing their quiz in class on Monday. This sheet should be completed turned in by the end of the hour on Wednesday. This worksheet will be graded on both completeness and correctness ... students will receive a 5 of 5 if they turn in a completed worksheet and can receive up to 3 additional points based on the number of correct responses. Students choosing NOT to partake of this opportunity will have a "missed assignment" posted in Skyward to signify their missed opportunity to help their grade.
Assessment Alert - We will be completing MAP Testing in class on Tuesday, August 29 and Wednesday, August 30.
Geometry - We completed our first formal assessment in class today, completing a quiz covering Task 2 - Basic Terns and Definitions.
HW for WEDNESDAY - After the quiz on Monday, students were given an introductory worksheet for Task 1 - Slopes and Equations of Lines. This sheet should be completed (except for the last two problems on the back page) by the start of class on Wednesday, August 30.
