Pre-Algebra - We spent the class period going over Quiz 8.5. Every student had the opportunity to leave the classroom with a completed answer key and to complete a note card for their use on Friday's retake. Not everyone took advantage of these opportunities :-( Click here for a copy of the answer key we developed in class today.
No HW for Wednesday.
Assessment Alert - We will complete a retake of Quiz 8.5 in class on Friday, April 27. Students will be allowed to use the "straight edge" (ie note card) to assist them in completing their quiz on Friday.
Geometry - We continued our discussion in T213, focusing on calculating the surface area of prisms and cylinders.
