During the 1st period, we COMPLETED the balsa house class project!!!!! During the 2nd period, we completed our discussion involving Rotations and Dilations.
HW for THURSDAY - Complete the GREEN HW sheets for Rotations and Dilations that were distributed in class today.
Assessment Alert - TOMORROW, Wednesday, September 26, we will complete our individual/group balsa construction project in class. During this assessment, each student will be asked to individually construct one wall and one truss for a balsa model of an 8 x 8 garden shed. After the individual construction is complete, the group will assemble these parts into a 3-D model of the shed. Each student's grade on this project will be comprised of points earned individually on the wall (20 points max), on the roof truss (10 points max) and on the final model for your group (10 points max).
